To get started, we require a non-refundable $500 registration fee for the search. This will be applied to your final placement fee when we place a candidate for you. Our fee for Long-term placement is 20% of the candidate’s total annual gross compensation, which is due at the time of placement. Our fee for temporary placement is 25% of the candidate’s total gross compensation, which is due at the time of placement.
Our Generous Guarantee
Our mission is to find a lasting and long-term match for your family, but we also stand behind our generous 90-day guarantee policy, which gives you plenty of time to evaluate the candidate. If things don’t work out within that 90-day time frame from the candidate’s first day of employment for any reason, we’ll resume the search and replace the candidate for your family at no extra charge to you for a maximum of one replacement.
We are human and aware that life happens when we least expect it, so if you contact us after the 90 days replacement period has passed, we’ll give you a prorated credit based on the employee’s first and last day of employment which you can use towards your search for a replacement.
